Reheating Your Takeaway Properly

Most of the time when you order food, your eyes are bigger than your stomach which more often than not results in leftovers. Some people assume that you can’t reheat a takeaway, however, you find out that reheating with microwaves doesn’t kill bacteria but by applying ‘real’ heat (i.e. hob), the dish is good to go!

Here’s a guide on how to reheat your favourite takeaways:

TrickStore the piece of pizza in an airtight container with a paper towel in order to keep the crispiness of the pizza bottom. And when reheating it, put some cheese and herbs on it to refresh the taste (and who doesn’t like extra cheese?)
